The all-inclusive package represents value for money. The complimentary a la carte restaurant offers different themed food each evening. The hotel location is perfect, just a short drive from the city center, and the beach is breathtaking with crystal

Lost reservation, room very average, food is terrible. Lots of mosquitos!

The hotel had a good beach with crystal-clear water and lots of shade available. The weather was also fantastic during Xmas, making it a perfect place to enjoy the sunshine. the hotel had friendly staff who were always 

By U.S. standards it is a 3. The property overall is very tired. Don't let the "All Inclusive" remark fool you. Many items like sugar free cola and Finlandia Vodka were on the menu but not actually available. When we asked for sparkling wine for a mimosa, we were told they have it but it's not cold. The wine they offered was so bad that we ended up paying $20 for one off the wine menu. Also, Bring your earplugs...as the music and entertainment is PAINFULLY LOUD and goes all day and til 11pm at night! Don't count on wifi. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Also, we were told it was included but the truth is it is "Available". You still have to buy a 1 hour card for $2 Bring mosquito repellant! We were devoured by something there even tho I never saw them!

The Coffee was really good every morning and the servers were pleasant. The air conditioner worked extremely well.

Upon Check In, although we had prepaid for 2 nights, they only had us registered for the following night so they fortunately found a room for us and then we had to change to another room the next night. We had to wait for an hour for the guy to come and open our room safe as he is also the bell boy delivering luggage everywhere. Shower in that room had very little water pressure and only cool water...thought I'd never get the soap and shampoo off my body. The next morning we were told snorkel equipment was included but the sport shack never opened in the morning. We gave up at lunch time. We preordered a taxi from the front desk for our departure but it never showed the morning we needed to get to the airport. They told us that they called several Taxi companies and other hotels but no taxis were available anywhere. Luckily, I speak spanish and was able to persuade a bus headed for Havana to take us to the airport in Cienfuegos. Otherwise, we might still be there! ( LOL) Good luck if you book here!

Great beach with crystal clear water, perfect for relaxation. The variety of food options offered at the buffet was impressive, with something for everyone. The hotel's location near the city allowed for easy access to restaurants,
